Job Summary We're on the hunt for rockstar HVAC Service Technicians who love the adrenaline of diagnosing mysteries, slaying system gremlins, and turning frustrated customers into raving fans. You'll roll out in your company van to residential and commercial calls, perform killer maintenance, repairs, tune-ups, and warranty work—keeping systems humming at peak efficiency. Required Qualifications (Gear Up for Greatness)
- High school diploma or GED—done!
- Valid EPA Section 608 certification (Universal preferred—refrigerant mastery!).
- 5+ years dominating HVAC service/repair (residential to light/heavy commercial—share your war stories!).
- Expert-level knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, refrigeration cycles, and local codes.
- Ability to read schematics and diagnose like a boss.
- Clean Illinois driver's license (company van, fuel card, and tools provided—roll in style!).
