Job Overview HVAC Tech – Full‑time – Presbyterian Espanola Hospital, Española, NM. Responsible for repairing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC systems within a healthcare facility to ensure optimal performance, safety, and comfort for patients, visitors, and staff. Emphasis on preventive and predictive maintenance. Pay Range and Compensation Base pay: $21.70/hr – $36.95/hr. Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00/hr. Actual pay based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Repair, service, and maintain HVAC systems. Ensure optimal system performance to maintain a safe, comfortable, and compliant environment. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime. Support continuous operation of facility utilities. Work varied days and hours per hospital schedule. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 3 to 5 years of general maintenance or specialized mechanical trade experience, preferably in healthcare. Valid NM driver's license and insurable.
