In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. As an HVAC Technician, Assist you will troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, perform routine service calls, and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues
  • Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections of HVAC systems
  • Interact with customers to provide clear explanations of repairs and services
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry advancements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification or degree in HVAC technology preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
  • EPA certification is required
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
