Your New Role:
As an HVAC Service Technician at Moore Mechanical, your responsibilities will include:
- Installing heating and cooling system upgrades in existing buildings.
- Performing service and maintenance on existing heating and cooling systems.
- Ensuring systems operate at the highest energy efficiencies possible.
- Keeping accurate work logs, including job sites, time, equipment, materials, and follow-up recommendations.
- Working with minimal supervision, applying your skills and independent decision-making to deliver superior quality work.
- Using equipment, materials, tools, and time responsibly and effectively.
- Being aware of safety concerns, knowledgeable of safety practices, and adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
- Willing and cooperative attitude toward completion of all assigned work orders
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing up and down ladders, and flexible enough to fit into tight places
- Skilled at using power and hand tools
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions necessary for the construction trades
- General construction knowledge to include building codes and reading of blueprints
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
