Day to day duties of this position would include, but are not limited to, the following: Sourcing material Sourcing equipment Sourcing service repair parts as well as assisting with the service department with accurate pricing to allow them to efficiently perform estimates Process, maintain and track warranty claims on defective equipment or parts Track, supply and acquire tools as needed Prepare and stage all equipment and materials for installations and the subsequent day’s service calls Review install equipment with management and assist with any necessary adjustments Ownership and maintenance our tool crib Manage inventory control Monitoring of proper service parts upkeep and supply in order to keep our service truck well equipped Maintaining proper inventory levels of installation material Assisting service department in acquiring needed service repair parts Assist in loading and unloading suppliers’ parts and equipment Run parts as needed Create and distribute purchase orders Verify purchase orders agree to packing slips and confirm accurate pricing #J-18808-Ljbffr
