Job Type: Full-time

Hours: M-F 7am-5pm (varies) (on call rotation with other techs)

Requirements

  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
  • HVAC service: 2 years (preferred)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • HVAC License/Desire to become Journeyman
  • EPA Certification/Desire to become EPA Certified

What we expect:

  • Complete warranty and service calls efficiently and effectively while adhering to company standards
  • Participate in on-call rotations and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems including troubleshooting, repair and maintenance
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and understandable manner
  • Collaborate with dispatcher, service manager as well as other co-workers to optimize scheduling, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of service calls
  • Strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, ensuring you are prepared with necessary tools, parts, and equipment to perform service calls efficiently
