• B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronic Eng or equivalent
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in HW Reliability Testing.
• Reliability Test plan development and Test data analysis, Reliability Testing for electrical/electronic products
• Failure Analysis, Product Characterization, Listening & Communication, Producing Results, Project Management, Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Problem Solving.
• Hands on knowledge in programming and automation,
• Familiarity in electronic components like Power supplies, Motor, Drives, IO Controllers, Amplifiers etc.,
• Should have hands on experience in using test equipment like power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators etc.
• A strong analytical and problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills, work collaboratively within a cross functional R&D team environment into developing test processes, fixtures, and other electro-mechanical automated equipment.
• Identifying and implementing cost reduction initiatives
• Ability to manage Engineering Change activities.
