The Recruiter will work collaboratively within the Talent Acquisition & Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE) to support the full lifecycle recruitment process across the RWJBarnabas Health system. This role is vital in helping to meet hiring goals by driving recruitment strategies, building trusted relationships, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to offer. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Innovation, the ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a "closer" mentality, and a passion for finding top talent in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. We need someone adept at using a variety of recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to source and engage talent. Previous experience working in recruiting, talent identification or research within a search firm is required. A Bachelors degree or higher is also preferred.
