Job Description
We are seeking a skilled andcompassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our growingbehavioral health team in Media, PA. This hybrid role provides the opportunityto deliver high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care to children,adolescents, and young adults through a combination of onsite and telehealthservices.
The PMHNP will beresponsible for conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, developingindividualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing medication management ina collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
Schedule Requirements:
- Minimum commitment of 10hours per week
- At least 5 hours per weekonsite in Media, PA

Qualifications:
- Active and unrestrictedPsychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
- Board Certification as aPMHNP (PMHNP-BC) through ANCC or AANP
- DEA license and PennsylvaniaState Prescriptive Authority
- Minimum of 2 years ofindependent experience as a PMHNP
- At least 1 year ofexperience working with children, adolescents, or young adults
- Proficiency with EHR systemsand Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Reliable computer, phone,and high-speed internet for telehealth services
