We are seeking a dedicatedPsychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary teamin Media, PA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, integratedpsychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults through a collaborative,mission-driven model. Schedule & Work Model

• Total Hours: 20 hours perweek
• 17 clinical hours + 3administrative hours

Hybrid Structure:

• Minimum 10 clinical hoursonsite at the Media clinic
• Up to 7 clinical hoursconducted remotely
• Administrative hourscompleted remotely
• Flexible scheduling alignedwith patient needs
• Minimum 10 hours during peak“after-school” times (after 4 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $72,500(part-time, 20 hours/week), W2
• Total Earning Potential: Upto $175,000+ annually
• Additional earnings of $100per clinical hour beyond base caseload

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from anaccredited nursing program
• Board certification as aPMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• Minimum of 1 year ofindependent psychiatric experience under licensure
• Active PennsylvaniaPMHNP/APRN license
• DEA registration and stateprescriptive authority
• Ability to work onsite inMedia, PA for at least 10 clinical hours per week
• Flexibility to work duringafter-school hours (after 4 PM ET and/or weekends)
• Access to reliabletechnology (personal computer, phone, and high-speed internet)
