As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Hybrid Sales Representative to contribute to our success and be an integral part of our expanding team.
Position Overview:
- Title: Hybrid Sales Representative
- Location: Smyrna, GA
- Type: Full-time/Part Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete In-Person and Phone Estimates: The main function of this position is to consult with potential moving customers and provide them with helpful solutions to their moving needs. Larger moving estimates will be completed in person.
- Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential clients through phone and virtual channels.
- Lead Follow-Up: Ensure that all potential customers are contacted promptly and followed up after the estimate has been created.
- Follow Company Guidelines: Communicate effectively with the customer to ensure that our team and the customer are prepared for the job on move day.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and referral sources to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Remote Collaboration: Work closely with the team leader and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the moving or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual communication tools.
Requirements:
- Outside Sales experience required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Flexible remote work arrangement.
- Must have a working smartphone and be comfortable utilizing it for work purposes.
- Owning a laptop or tablet is a plus but not required.
