Experience in Enhancements and Post go-live Support.
Should have Experience as a Lead role in Current or Previous Project.
Must Have Skills
One E2E experience in S4 Hana embedded TM with OTC integration
Task Create PGT AMENA Template for S4 TM. One E2E experience in S4 Hana embedded TM with OTC integration. Worked on shipper and LSP scenarios
Top 3 skills required for this role:
Handing TM related Tickets and PBI
Handling the customer requirement and coordinating in Russian language
Configuration of Freight Order and Freight Unit
TM Integration with ECC/ EWM/ EM/ PI
Knowledge in optimizer planning

8.Responsibilities : -
Lead the design and implementation of SAP TM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of SAP TM with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Provide expertise in Transportation Planning to optimize logistics operations.
- Manage Subcontracting & Tendering processes to ensure efficient vendor management.
- Implement Freight Cost Management & Settlement to streamline financial operations.
- Develop and maintain Order Management processes to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Utilize SAP TM Analytics to generate actionable insights for business improvement.
- Ensure the integration of SAP TM with other enterprise systems for data consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP TM solutions with business goals.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP TM modules.
- Continuously monitor and improve SAP TM processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Possess a strong background in SAP TM with at least 9 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in Transportation Planning, Subcontracting & Tendering, and Freight Cost Management & Settlement.
- Have a solid understanding of Order Management and SAP TM Analytics.
- Show proficiency in integrating SAP TM with other SAP modules and external systems.
