Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to therapy.
  • Provide engaging and therapeutic activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with parents and team members.
  • Be qualified to supervise our highly skilled and motivated SLPAs in an environment which promotes learning and mutual support.

Experience

  • Newly licensed therapists are welcome to apply.
  • Pediatric experience working with kids diagnosed with ASD.
  • Skills in timely completion of documentation
  • Experience working with children, particularly in a pediatric setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and various therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Speech Language Pathologist: CCC- SLP:

Qualification Requirements: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from ASHA and Active Licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist through the California Department of Consumer Affairs is required.

Starting Hourly Rate: $52.50 - $60 Depending on Experience
