Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lake Charles, LA. The I&E Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining instrumentation and electrical (I&E) systems. Responsibilities will include motor and process control, calibration of instruments, diagnosing and repairing system issues, and providing technical support at client facilities. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Motor Control and Process Control systems
  • Skilled in Troubleshooting and problem resolution for I&E systems
  • Experience with Instrumentation and Calibration processes
  • Strong understanding of industrial electrical and process systems
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Relevant industry certifications or training preferred
  • Experience in one or more industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, or water treatment is a plus
