Summary:

Our client, a well established CPA firm with consulting services, is currently building out their newly-launched virtual client support team.
As part of that team of Payroll specialists, Client Advisors, Accountants, and more, we are also seeking an iSolved consultant to support the internal implementation of the system as well as the ongoing onboarding of clients into iSolved.
They are using the Attract and Hire, Onboard and Develop, Payroll, HR, Benefits, Time and Expense, Share and Perform, and Learn and Grow modules for their clients as they support them in these areas in an outsourced manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients and internal departments to determine iSolved HRIS needs for new implementations, maintenance and ongoing support
  • Support all new implementations with setup for each module, with Payroll being a key module
  • Provide daily consulting to questions as they arise in terms of functionality and setup
  • Assist functional leads with launch and monitoring of iSolved projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Monitor all regular updates to the HRIS and advise functional leads of changes that will or may impact their areas of responsibility
  • Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Systems or related field experience
  • 2+ years of experience using iSolved, supporting all or some of the following modules: Attract and Hire, Onboard and Develop, Payroll, HR, Benefits, Time and Expense, Share and Perform, and Learn and Grow
  • 2+ years of experience handling technical customer support, preferably with strong Payroll systems experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills for support clients virtually as well as internal teams
