We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect with a focus on the Clinical Domain to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing IAM solutions tailored to the unique requirements of the healthcare and clinical environment.
The IAM Architect will play a critical role in ensuring secure access to clinical systems, data, and applications.

Proven experience as an IAM Architect with a focus on the clinical domain.

In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, especially HIPAA.

Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or similar.

Strong understanding of clinical data security requirements and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. IAM Strategy and Planning
  2. Solution Design and Implementation
  3. Clinical Data Security
  4. Identity Lifecycle Management
  5. Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  6. Collaboration with Clinical IT Teams
  7. Security Compliance
  8. Vendor Management
