- Proven experience with RBAC, Access provisioning & deprovisioning and Access attestation processes.
- Proven experience in application onboarding, including leading discovery, requirement gathering, design, and testing within SailPoint IIQ.
- Proficiency in performing configuration and aggregations in SailPoint IIQ.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within defined SLAs.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ) are a plus.
