We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IAM SailPoint Engineer with extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to design, implement, and manage SailPoint Identity Now solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in integrating SailPoint, Azure AD, ServiceNow, and API development for SailPoint functions. This position requires a strong technical background in IAM protocols, Rest Web Services, SAML 2.0, OAuth, and Java API development. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the security and efficiency of the organization's IAM infrastructure.

• SailPoint Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and configure SailPoint Identity Now or IIQ solutions to meet organizational IAM needs.
• Integration & Development: Integrate SailPoint, Azure AD, ServiceNow, and other applications using REST APIs. Ensure smooth SailPoint functionality via API development and other integration methods.
• Access Management: Work with application teams to identify, aggregate, and correlate application/system user accounts with identity cubes in SailPoint.
• Development & Troubleshooting: Develop, configure, test, and troubleshoot SailPoint modules, including lifecycle management, workflows, access certification, and integration.
• IAM Protocol Expertise: Utilize IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth, SCIM, OpenID Connect, WS-Security, and Web Services to enhance security measures.
• Custom Connectors: Design, develop, and troubleshoot custom system/application connectors within SailPoint Identity Now.
• Compliance & Audits: Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, and address identified issues.
• Documentation & Mentoring: Develop and maintain documentation for all processes, procedures, and system configurations, while mentoring junior team members in SailPoint technologies and best practices.

1. 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
2. 7+ years of experience with SailPoint (Identity Now or IIQ).
3. 5+ years of experience with CyberArk.
4. Hands-on experience integrating SailPoint, Azure AD, ServiceNow, and API development for SailPoint functions.
5. Expertise in REST Web Services, SAML 2.0, OAuth, WS-Security, and other authentication/authorization protocols.
6. Deep knowledge of IAM protocols such as SCIM, WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect, and OAuth.
7. Proficient in Java, Bean Shell, and REST API development.

• Experience with Directories like Active Directory (AD) and LDAP.
• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM), especially CyberArk.
• Experience in CI/CD processes, workflows, and integration with various IAM tools.
• Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management (JML) and Access Certification processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SailPoint platform and provide technical support to end-users.

• SailPoint Certification or relevant certifications in IAM.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with clients and partners to define and implement IAM solutions.
• Experience migrating existing IAM systems to SailPoint Identity Now or similar platforms.
