Job Title: IBM Maximo Specialist Architect (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of IBM Maximo, including module setup, integrations, and workflows, to meet specific business needs.
• Customize Maximo applications using Automation Scripts, Maximo Workflows, Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), and Maximo Application Designer to extend functionality.
• Provide ongoing support for IBM Maximo, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and apply patches and updates to ensure optimal system performance.
• Conduct user training sessions, develop training materials, and create system documentation to ensure users are equipped to leverage the full functionality of Maximo.
• Support asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, and work order management processes to optimize operations and reduce downtime.
• Manage and implement integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, CMMS, etc.) using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and other technologies.
• Ensure data integrity within Maximo, create custom reports, and leverage Maximo's reporting tools to provide insights on asset performance, maintenance costs, and compliance metrics.
• Ensure Maximo configurations comply with industry standards and regulations, including best practices for asset and work management.

• Experience with IBM Maximo, including system implementation, configuration, and support.
• Proficient in Maximo system administration, Automation Scripts, Maximo Application Designer, Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), Java, and SQL. Experience with integration tools and third-party connectors is a plus.
• Strong understanding of asset management, work order management, inventory management, preventive maintenance, and other related processes in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in IBM Maximo or asset management are a plus.
• IBM Maximo Certified Implementation Specialist is highly desirable.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
