Experience: 2–3+ Years Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IBM Maximo Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Maximo installation, WebSphere administration, framework customization, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will work on end-to-end Maximo implementation, environment setup, system customization, and performance tuning while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable asset management solutions using IBM Maximo Application Suite / Maximo 7.6 and IBM WebSphere Application Server. Install, configure, and upgrade Maximo environments (Dev/Test/Prod) Deploy and manage EAR files on WebSphere servers Configure system properties, security groups, workflows, escalations, and cron tasks Develop customizations using Automation Scripts (Python/Jython), Java, and MBO framework Design and implement integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) Develop REST/SOAP APIs, JMS/MQ, database, and flat file integrations Create and maintain BIRT reports Perform JVM tuning, heap management, and performance optimization Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and external systems Participate in deployments, environment migrations, and upgrade projects Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability Technical Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (7.6 / MAS) Good understanding of Maximo Framework (MBOs, Services, Business Objects, Metadata) Application Designer, Workflows, Escalations, Domains configuration Automation Scripts (Python/Jython) Middleware / Application Server Experience with WebSphere installation, configuration, and administration EAR deployments and server monitoring Backend & Integrations Third‑party system integrations (ERP/SAP/Oracle/External APIs) Data migration and interface troubleshooting Databases Experience with SQL databases Query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning Nice to Have Experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8.x) #J-18808-Ljbffr
