IBP Process Lead

A consumer products company in New Jersey is currently seeking a new IBP Process Lead. Reporting to the Director Global Process STP, the Inventory Business Planning (IBP) Process Lead will be responsible and instrumental in the ERP implementation, focusing on refining IBP processes for cost savings and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Leverage an in-depth understanding of IBP processes, best practices, and industry trends to inform and align inventory strategies with the ERP implementation
Design and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure inventory efficiency and effectiveness
Support the integration of inventory management with other modules in SAP S/4HANA (e.g., procurement, production, sales)
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to inventory management
Support the design and configuration of product allocation processes within SAP S/4HANA
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new system functionalities and best practices
Assist in data migration and validation to ensure accurate inventory records in the new system
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency
Monitor system performance post-implementation and provide ongoing support to users
Support the Supply Chain Organization on the implementation of the roles changes
Work with the Director STP ERP processes to finalize end to end process design
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for inventory-related issues during the hyper care period
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of inventory planning methodologies and best practices
Proficient in SAP S/4HANA modules related to inventory and supply chain (e.g., MM, SD)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Desired Skills:
Experience with both business and technology leadership relationships, including performance reporting and executive-level presentation
Knowledge and ability to understand and support development of department policies and procedures
Knowledge of and ability to follow Company goals and missions, philosophy and policies and procedures
Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
