Physician compensation is based upon specialty and includes consideration of bonus potential. Job Description Responsible for administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting user access requests for systems used at Cottage Health. Ensures secure provisioning, de-provisioning, and distribution of user access credentials and supports the implementation of IAM policies and procedures. Responsibilities This is not an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities, or requirements. Employees will be required to perform any job, with related instruction given by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodation. User Account Management: Responsible for provisioning, modifying, and deprovisioning user accounts and access rights across various systems. This includes managing user access to systems, applications, and data in accordance with Information Security policies and procedures. Ensure that users have appropriate access based on their roles and responsibilities. (60%) Troubleshooting User Access: Responsible for troubleshooting user access issues faced by employees and non-employees at Cottage Health. In addition, interactions with other departments, such as the Help Desk or other IT Teams, may be necessary to ensure user access needs are met. (20%) Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Maintains knowledge of, and ensures compliance with HIPAA Security requirements, Meaningful Use regulations, and other compliance requirements for healthcare IT systems. (20%) Qualifications All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently. LEVEL OF EDUCATION Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field. CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Preferred: One of the following: Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum: Basic computer skills Preferred: Working knowledge or HIPAA, Meaningful Use and Payment Card Industry (PCI). Experience using industry ticketing solutions, such as ServiceNow. Working knowledge of CyberArk and SailPoint. YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE : Preferred: 1-2 years of IT, Risk Management or Security experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES All knowledge, skills, and abilities listed indicate the minimum level deemed necessary to perform this job proficiently. The ability to take on tasks with minimal instruction and work through large volumes of access requests with different workstreams while maintaining an IT security mindset. The ability to take technical topics and convey them into business level, risk-based discussions with a variety of individuals ranging from management to technical teams. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to deliver user access timely and efficiently.
