Position: Alloy Expert (Identity & Fraud / Risk Integration Specialist)

The Mission

You will design and implement sophisticated Alloy-based workflows for our new banking operations. Your goal is to build a "gold standard" for identity verification (IDV) and risk decisioning, ensuring we grow fast while staying bulletproof against fraud.

What You’ll Do

• Architect Workflows: Configure end-to-end Alloy workflows for KYC, CIP, OFAC, AML, and fraud screening.
• System Integration: Act as the technical glue between Alloy, Fiserv DNA, and Mantl to ensure account onboarding is seamless.
• Orchestrate Risk: Implement multi-vendor IDV and decisioning logic that balances security with speed.
• Rule Design: Define the risk rules, escalation paths, and compliance reporting that keep us safe and compliant.
• Continuous Optimization: Constantly tweak the engine to improve approval rates without increasing risk appetite.
• Audit Readiness: Ensure our systems are always "exam-ready" for regulatory reviews.

What You Bring

• 7-8+ years of experience in digital identity, fraud prevention, or compliance technology.
• The "Alloy Edge": Deep, hands-on experience with Alloy implementation and API integrations.
• Domain Expertise: A rock-solid understanding of BSA/AML, KYC, and CIP requirements.
• The Connector Mindset: Experience working within the Fiserv/Mantl ecosystem is a massive plus.
