We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in delivering business solutions and process improvements.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• IFS ERP experience is mandatory (candidates without IFS experience will not be considered)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Expertise in gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable roadmaps
• Experience working closely with SOC compliance teams

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Develop and contribute to strategic roadmaps
• Partner with the SOC compliance team to ensure adherence to compliance standards
• Facilitate communication and alignment across cross-functional teams
