Shift Notes: 40 Hour Guarantee
Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend

Traveler Policy: Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction); Applicants within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible. Applicants who were direct employees within the last 2 years are not eligible.
Further Specifics:
- Nonbillable Hours: 16 hours
- OT/Holiday Markups: 1.25x Regular Rate
- Call Back Markup: 1.3x Regular Rate
Responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care under the direction of an RN or LPN. Assists residents with activities of daily living, and provides personal care, comfort, and support. Maintains a safe and clean environment for all residents.

- 2+ Years of LTC Experience - Required
- BLS (AHA) - Required
- IL CNA License - Required
