Job Title: ImageRight Application Support

Location: Hartford County, CT (HYBRID)

Work Authorization: GC and USC Only

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about technology, product development and can thrive in a fast-paced environment to support the maintenance and enhancement of ImageRight, our enterprise wide content management and workflow system.

Participate in the design, development, testing and debugging of an application.

• Troubleshoot and ensure timely and effective resolutions of any project issues.
• Participate in code reviews for your own code and as a reviewer.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process and product improvement.
• Conducts technical research on new technology for possible new aspects of a product or components needing redesign or updating.
• Prepare product documentation, support materials, and internal documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related technical field)
• Design and architecture knowledge
• Experience with Agile software development
• Have an intense passion for innovating and crafting clean code
• Experience with .NET
• Experience with VBScript or similar
• Experience with relational databases including SQL
• Experience with insurance industry workflow

Additional skills/considerations:

• .Net abilities/skillset- integration layer development (API); write ASP forms
• Experience with VBScript or comparable skillset
• Sequel backend knowledge
• Industry experience for insurance preferred
• Familiarity with insurance WF from submission to policy beneficial
• ImageRight experience is strongly preferred but not required
