First Division Consulting is hiring a Chief/Analyst/Instructor to lead training and provide expert analysis for IM/COC systems to enhance Marine Corps operational effectiveness.

The contractor shall perform the following task(s):

• Conduct training on IM/COC systems.
• Develop and maintain course materials.
• Evaluate and mentor trainees.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance is Required.
• Subject matter expertise in IM/COC systems.
• Instructional and analytical experience.
• Must be a US citizen.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
