We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney with at least 5 years of expertise in immigration law and a strong background in legal writing. This role primarily focuses on complex legal writing, research, case preparation, and drafting essential legal documents. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and expertise.

• Conduct in-depth legal research on complex immigration issues and provide strategic legal advice to clients and team members.

• Draft and prepare motions, petitions, briefs, and other legal documents critical to case success.

• Work closely with clients to gather evidence, prepare case documentation, and develop tailored legal strategies.

• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure a cohesive approach to cases and optimize client outcomes.

• Oversee and delegate tasks to support staff, including paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring high-quality and efficient case management.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active Bar Membership in good standing (Massachusetts preferred or ability to obtain).

• Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience, with a strong focus on legal writing and case strategy.

• Exceptional legal research and writing skills with the ability to draft persuasive and clear legal arguments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex legal issues effectively.

• Excellent client management and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
