Boutique Law Firm Seeks Talented Immigration Attorney
A bit about us:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our growing team, with a strong emphasis on asylum and humanitarian immigration matters. This role requires hands-on experience handling complex asylum cases from intake through final adjudication, including credible fear interviews, affirmative asylum applications, and defensive asylum proceedings in Immigration Court.

Job Details
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in any U.S. state (preferably Washington or ability to waive in)
Minimum 2+ years of immigration law experience, with a strong focus on asylum cases
Demonstrated experience litigating or preparing both affirmative and defensive asylum claims
Strong understanding of country conditions research and credibility-based legal arguments
Experience working with trauma-informed client populations preferred
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
