Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join their team.

Will be providing support to attorneys on a full spectrum of business immigration matters.

This role offers the chance to handle a diverse caseload of complex immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including PERM, I-140, AOS, H-1B, L, O-1, E-1/2, TN, J, EB-5, and naturalization matters, while ensuring accuracy, responding to requests for evidence, and maintaining detailed case records.

The ideal candidate has business immigration experience in a law firm, with a strong working knowledge of complex petitions and filings.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and immigration case management systems such as INSZoom is highly desirable.
