We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our transformation office. This role will focus on supporting enterprise-wide transformations and business initiatives, ensuring that each project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization. As part of the Business Analysis team, you will work with cross-functional teams, business units, and both internal and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of high-impact initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in Columbus, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Case Development: Support business teams in defining the scope and work required for new initiatives, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and business case creation.
  • Process Mapping & Improvement: Create, refine, and communicate process maps to ensure clear understanding of workflows, dependencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with a range of departments and external partners to gather insights and requirements for successful implementation of business strategies.
  • Transformation & Implementation: Play an active role in enterprise-wide initiatives, leading efforts to ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution.
  • Project Pipeline Support: Contribute to the planning process for future initiatives, ensuring projects are well-prepared for execution in upcoming seasons or fiscal years.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 3-5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in large-scale enterprise environments. Experience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple business units is highly desired.
  • Skills in Transformations: Demonstrated expertise in supporting business transformations and process improvements.
  • Process Mapping: Strong ability to create and communicate effective process maps and document workflows.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to synthesize information and communicate it effectively to different audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Critical Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in retail or personal care or consumer products industries.
  • Familiarity with business transformation offices or strategy implementation teams.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
