Location: This position will work in a hybrid model with both work from home (remote) days each Monday & Friday, as well as on-site days at the West Des Moines, IA office each Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Zirous offers a flexible schedule so that you can work to meet clients needs and your personal needs. On-site days as described will be required for this role, local candidates within the Des Moines, IA metro will be given priority.

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of various technology solutions for Zirous clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure solutions, and ensure seamless integration into their existing environments. The Implementation Consultant serves as a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance throughout the implementation process.

What You’d Be Doing:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Lead the implementation process, including installation, configuration, customization, and integration of software and hardware solutions.
• Provide training and support to end users, ensuring successful adoption of the implemented technologies.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including implementation plans, user guides, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with internal teams, including developers, project managers, and support staff, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve implementation strategies.
• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Computer Interaction, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security, Business Analytics, or in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in implementing a variety of technology solutions, including software applications, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Strong technical skills in system configuration, API integrations, and data migration.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, SaaS, or other enterprise technology platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management skills and experience handling multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
