Opportunity: CRM & Salesforce Implementation Analyst We are looking for a hands-on professional to support a strategic workstream focused on process optimization and the implementation of Salesforce as the company’s CRM platform.This role combines business analysis, project coordination, and continuous improvement within a digital transformation context. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport a dedicated workstream from requirement gathering to Salesforce implementationConduct detailed requirements analysis prior to project launchMap and review existing processesOrganize and structure business information to support CRM implementationOversee task and ticket management within SalesforceFeed and maintain data accuracy in the CRM systemMonitor vendor delivery status and track project progressContribute to continuous improvement initiativesPerform process analysis and suggest functional enhancementsSupport project management activities related to digital transformation Profile3 to 5 years of relevant experienceExperience in CRM implementation (Salesforce is preferable)Strong analytical skillsExperience in process mapping and business analysisHands-on mindset with strong ownershipComfortable challenging the status quo and asking the right questionsProactive and solution-oriented
