The RoleRes2 is looking for an Implementation Specialist & IT Manager to join our team. This role includes guiding implementations, managing our internal IT partner, supporting customers in installing peripherals, and solving iPort peripheral problems. Implementations - With over 160 customers, we are continuously implementing new airports across the globe. You will work together with the Implementation Manager and take full responsibility for specific airport implementations. Internal IT – We have outsourced most of our internal IT to our IT Partner. However, we are looking for someone to work together with our IT Partner to ensure that our systems and office environment are secure, available, and align with the needs of our team as much as possible. The Implementation Specialist & IT Manager is the main point of contact for communication with our IT Partner. iPort peripherals – iPort runs in many different airport environments and connects with numerous devices (e.g., printers, scanners). You will support customers, our support team and Implementation Manager with setting up these devices and problems related to them. Since we are a small team, you will also be involved in other general challenges or projects that might pop up from day to day.Who are we?Res2 is the creator and provider of the innovative Departure Control System, iPort DCS. The use of iPort DCS enables efficient aircraft and passenger handling for airlines, ground handlers and airport companies and leads to a smooth and pleasant pre-airport experience for the passenger. iPort DCS is delivered as a turnkey solution, including local implementation and airport connectivity, currently operating at 500 airports worldwide.  Res2 provides the software and generally takes care of the connection and customers provide and are responsible for the hardware and peripherals. However, Res2 is responsible for ensuring that the software and peripherals communicate. We are a small, international team resulting in short lines of communication and professional interaction.  Responsibilities & TasksTroubleshoot technical, peripheral, and network related issues for (iPort) users and resolve them in a timely manner.Assist in the technical implementation and management of IT projects and iPort rollouts.Offer technical support in-person, over the phone, or remotely as needed.Manage our IT Partner, including ensuring their compliance with agreed procedures and tasks.Check if data backups are conducted regularly and improve procedures where necessary.Document IT processes, solutions, and inventory.Work collaboratively with other IT professionals and vendors.Assist with sending (hardware) products to customers.Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company is utilizing the best possible resources.You will join our security team and contribute to our ISO 27001 Information Security Management System.Your SkillsIT Knowledge - office environments and hardware.Communication skills (English; Dutch is beneficial but not required) - good communication and patience are essential.Project Management - you work in a structured manner and keep track of deadlines.Attention to detail - you notice irregularities and are organized.Problem-solving skills - you know how to analyze and solve problems.Multi-tasking - you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and know how to prioritize your tasks.Knowledge of information security and management systems.What we offerGross monthly wage depending on your experience between €4000-€5500 on full-time basisLease car or mobility budgetDiscretionary annual bonusIncentive program25 annual leave daysTeam events and monthly drinksThe procedureExists of the following steps:We evaluate your CVAn analytical testA minimum of two rounds of interviewsReference callsFinally, we require a certificate of good conduct (in Dutch: "VOG")Could this be the job for you?
