Full SYNERGY Certification + DCW State Certification!The following is a list of some of the duties and responsibilities associated with being a SYNERGY HomeCare Caregiver:Provide general attention to clients non-medical needsProvide companionship for the client including, but not limited to: talking and listening, reading aloud, providing social and emotional supportPromote the clients mental alertness through involvement in activities of their interestProvide emotional support and promote a sense of well-beingProvide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients and family membersProvide light housekeeping tasks including laundering of clients clothing and linensPrepare and serve meals as requested. Ensure that dishes are washed and the kitchen is clean after each mealAssist client in completing necessary phone calls, letter writing, etc.Accompany clients on walks, doctors visits, and other appointmentsAssists with dressing and groomingRemind client to take self-administered medicationsObserve and report any changes in the clients mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation to your supervisor in a timely mannerEstablish and maintain communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workersParticipate in in-service and continuing education programs, staff meetings, and client conferences as requested by SYNERGY HomeCareComplete required documentation of servicesUse equipment and supplies safely and properlyMaintain confidentiality regarding client informationPromptly report starting and ending times using our telephone check-in/check-out systemAny other reasonable related duties as assignedAPPLY TODAY!apply.YumaCaregiver.comRequirements:High School Diploma or GED preferredMust be passionate about caring for peopleMust be able to follow verbal and written instructions as well as document the services provided (in English)Must be able to function independently in a home setting with minimal supervisionMust be able to fulfill assignments reliably and be on timeMust be able to maintain relationships with clients and Care, team members,Must have reliable transportationMust have proof of current auto insuranceMust be able to lift at least 40 pounds Must have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification and a negative Tuberculosis (TB) testMust be able to pass a drug screeningMust be able to pass a national criminal background checkMust have regular access to the internet and emailMust maintain a clean-cut, presentable appearance$15.25-$17.00
