We do require valid CNA, HCA or that you can provide proof you are enrolled in HCA/CNA training. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name. Current Client Needs Open to short 2-to-5-hour shifts Example shifts – 9AM – 12PM / 1PM -4PM / 4PM – 7PM No overnight shifts available at this time Valid CNA, HCA or that you can provide proof you are enrolled in HCA/CNA training Valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name. Available for clients in Renton – SeaTac– Fall City – Mercer Island – Maple Valley and surrounding areas! We pay you for your travel time in-between clients. Paid Orientation & Training . You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training required. Caregiver Job Duties Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) Cooking and/or serving meals Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers Monitoring and reporting on their condition Additional Information Our hiring process is fast and simple! If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.
