Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized, empathetic care for clients navigating Alzheimer's and various stages of dementia. Assist with essential daily living activities (ADLs), including dignified bathing, personal hygiene, and routine brief changes/incontinence care. Utilize advanced mobility skills, including safe transfers using Hoyer lifts and gait belts. Manage light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and provide reliable transportation to local appointments. Accurately document and communicate changes in client health or physical condition. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: Prior hands-on experience with dementia care, Hoyer lifts, and comprehensive personal care is highly preferred. You must be deeply reliable, punctual, possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, a dependable vehicle, and be able to pass a background check. Why Join Us?
