We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and dependable individual to join our team of In‑home Private Care caregivers in South Orange County, CA. Our caregivers make a difference in our seniors’ lives by providing companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily activities. Base pay range $19.00/hr - $22.00/hr Languages Bilingual (English) Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, and Farsi caregivers needed. Location Service area: South Orange County, CA (Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Ladera Ranch, San Juan Capistrano, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, Dana Point). Requirements Weekend availability is a plus. Commit to 8‑hour shifts (7‑4 pm, 4 pm‑midnight, 12 am‑7 am). Registered as a Home Care Aid (registration/background screening required). Recent national Live Scan. 1 year or more caregiver experience. Must be 18 or older. Driver’s license. Personal vehicle. Recent negative TB test. Responsibilities Offer companionship and emotional support. Assist with daily living activities (eating, walking, dressing, toileting, and basic hygienic needs). Collaborate with the client’s care team, providing updates and reporting important health changes.
