Sales Manager Opportunity | In-Home Consultations | Canvassing | CRM-Driven Follow-Up Bumble Bee Blinds is building a high-performance sales team, and we are looking for someone who can create opportunity, guide homeowners with confidence, and close business the right way. This is polished, customer-facing selling inside finished homes where professionalism, presentation, follow-through, and production matter.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$3,000 per month base compensation

15% of gross profit on closed deals

Uncapped earning potential tied directly to production

Health insurance

401(k)

Growth path into expanded sales leadership as the business scales


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Generating new business through canvassing, neighborhood outreach, and soft door knocking

Running in-home consultations and helping clients choose custom window covering solutions

Following a proven sales process and script while still bringing confidence and personality to each appointment

Managing your opportunities, notes, follow-up, and next steps inside the CRM

Closing sales and helping ensure a smooth handoff from signed proposal to completed installation

Representing Bumble Bee Blinds professionally in customers' homes and in the field


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Sales professionals who are comfortable creating opportunity, not just waiting for leads

Strong communication, rapport-building, and in-home presentation skills

Confidence with door knocking and neighborhood prospecting

Consistency with CRM management, follow-up discipline, and appointment organization

Professional appearance, steady urgency, and accountability

Experience with in-home sales, home improvement, design, or related customer-facing sales is a major plus
