Job Description
Job Title: Inbound Call Center Representative
Location: Conroe, TX (This is NOT a remote position)
Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Must have open availability for an 8-hour shift within the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Sunday: OFF
Job Summary:
We are seeking Inbound Call Center Representatives to handle high-volume customer calls, provide technical and account support, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has experience in a call center environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer high-volume inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
Provide account, sales, and technical support
Resolve customer complaints while ensuring positive experiences
Troubleshoot product issues and offer solutions
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records
Stay up-to-date with products and services
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume inbound call center (within the last 3 years)
Ability to work daytime shifts, evenings, and weekends as needed
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
Time management & organizational skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in escalated situations
