Position Responsibilities Analyze data using established tools and processes to create routing plans, load plans, reports, and performance metrics Serve as an escalation point for load planners and support freight execution at the load level. Investigate and resolve freight payment discrepancies Support the carrier management process, including performance tracking and relationship management Act as a subject matter expert in carrier capacity, dock scheduling, and rate management within the E2open Transportation Management System Partner with stakeholders on process improvement and cost reduction initiatives Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of related experience Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well‑being of our employees.
