Our mission is to empower technicians and repair facilities with the knowledge and tools they need to efficiently diagnose and repair vehicles, ultimately reducing downtime and improving profitability. At Diesel Laptops, we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment where every team member is valued and has the opportunity to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up on leads to further sales and develop relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyaltyBecome the Subject Matter Expert (SME) with all Diesel Laptop's products and services.Collect, load, and maintain records of sales and customer info using CRM software.Schedule and complete daily tasks, maintaining communication with clients/prospects.Understand and execute all company and departmental standard operating procedures.Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.Self-assess and self-improve sales skills to increase personal success (KAIZEN)What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a passionate and innovative team.Career growth and development opportunities.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Job Qualifications:Knowledge of principles and methods to show, promote, and sell products or services.Strong background with computers through previous work experience or education.High-level active listening and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communicationExcellent critical thinking and customer service skillsSalesforce experience, preferred.Education: 4-year degree preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.Experience: 2-years of sales experience, preferred; phone sales experience in a call center environment a plus.Language: English required, bilingual (Spanish) a plus.Physical Requirements: Sitting and typing for long periods of time.
