Inbound Sales RepresentativeFIMAC is seeking an energetic and outgoing call center agent to manage inbound customer acquisition for our brands with the goal of converting leads to sales. This position will deal with customers through multiple channels, including, but not limited to inbound calls, online messaging/chat, text, and emails.Sales skills, speaking skills, and writing skills are a must.Responsibilities:Handle mass number of inbound and outbound callsUtilize company equipment to facilitate callsInteract with all customers in a friendly and courteous mannerFollow up with open leadsWhen necessary involve senior managementFollow all prompts and scripts to the letter with no deviationQualifications for Call Center Representative:Call Center Experience is a plusExperience with CreditSoft is a major plusBasic understanding of windows base systemsExcellent verbal communication skillsStrong literary comprehension capabilityReliable transportation to and from the call centerCapable of staying focused and tuning out outside distractionsAbility to sit for long periods of timeEducation:High School Graduate or equivalent required.Schedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftNo weekendsBenefits:Employee ASC discount club cardHealth insurancePaid time off401kSupplemental Pay Types:Signing Bonus (based on qualifications & performance)Base Salary plus CommissionDaily cash incentivesCompensation: $41,600.00 per year
