Excellent oral and written communication skills. At least 3 years of experience with cPanel/WHM & the web hosting industry. Understanding of Shared, Reseller, VPS, and Dedicated Server hosting. Experience with WHMCS, Kayako and cPanel. Understanding open source software such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla! Ability to identify the needs of potential customers and recommend the most suitable hosting solution. Fluent written and spoken English.
