$63 - $68 per hour
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science degree or related field or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education
- A minimum of 5+ years of working experience in performing service management activities
- Working experience in specific service management domain
- IT Service Management, Problem Management, Change Management experience
- Experience in a Production Support environment
- 24x7 on call availability (notice will be provided if required on call)
- Experienec with systems such as Oracle Financials, ServiceNow, SAP Concur, and Rally
- Experience with VMS systems
- Ability to multi-task, effective Team leadership experience, effective meeting presence, effective decision maker, ability to stay calm under fire/duress
- Experienced in the IM Process and has relevant Technology or Product domain knowledge relating to the outage incident
- ITIL v4 Foundations Certification
This job posting is for a temporary role as an employee of Atrium on assignment at Cox. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law.
