Our client is seeking experienced Incident Management professionals to support their team in a highly regulated OPWDD environment. This opportunity is temp to perm and open at both the Specialist and Coordinator level, depending on experience. The role focuses on overseeing incident reporting, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with OPWDD Part 624 & 625.Incident Management SpecialistHands-on investigations and reportingMust be an OPWDD-certified investigatorSupports incident documentation, compliance tracking, and system updatesIncident Management CoordinatorOversees incident management processes and investigatorsActs as liaison with OPWDD and the Justice CenterFocus on compliance oversight, reporting, and team coordinationKey Responsibilities:Manage and oversee incident reporting and investigationsEnsure compliance with OPWDD Part 624 & 625Conduct or support investigations involving abuse, neglect, or compliance concernsMaintain accurate documentation in systems such as IRMA and WSIRTrack incident trends and support corrective action plansCollaborate with internal teams and regulatory agenciesQualifications:3+ years of experience working within OPWDD environmentsStrong background in incident management and investigationsExperience with Part 624 / 625 regulations requiredExperience with Justice Center reporting preferredBackground in healthcare or human services
