Incident Management Coordinator & Specialist Apply
Our client is seeking experienced Incident Management professionals to support their team in a highly regulated OPWDD environment. This opportunity is temp to perm and open at both the Specialist and Coordinator level, depending on experience. The role focuses on overseeing incident reporting, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with OPWDD Part 624 & 625. Hands-on investigations and reporting Must be an OPWDD-certified investigator Supports incident documentation, compliance tracking, and system updates Oversees incident management processes and investigators Acts as liaison with OPWDD and the Justice Center Focus on compliance oversight, reporting, and team coordination Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee incident reporting and investigations Ensure compliance with OPWDD Part 624 & 625 Conduct or support investigations involving abuse, neglect, or compliance concerns Maintain accurate documentation in systems such as IRMA and WSIR Track incident trends and support corrective action plans Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory agencies Qualifications: 3+ years of experience working within OPWDD environments Strong background in incident management and investigations Experience with Part 624 / 625 regulations required Experience with Justice Center reporting preferred Background in healthcare or human services #J-18808-Ljbffr
