Overview ECS is seeking an Incident Management Team Analyst Mid to work in the Windsor Mill office. Responsibilities Represent the Incident Management Team on-site to address customer concerns and escalations. Serve as part of the central coordination and communications component for cybersecurity and privacy incidents involving multiple teams or external stakeholders. Manage incident response participants and stakeholders to ensure necessary actions are taken and relevant information is provided in a timely manner. Coordinate, lead, and maintain general situational awareness of communications and activities involving multiple teams or external stakeholders, such as vulnerability status and data call responses. Independently complete technical and administrative projects. Salary Range: $79,584.00 - $97,269.00 General Description of Benefits: Benefits Link Requirements 2-4 years of experience in distributed security or operations environment. Working knowledge of the Cyber Security Incident Response Lifecycle. Excellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and drive decision-making. Familiarity with NIST documents and controls. Applied understanding of information security and privacy concepts. Perform independently as well as part of large and small teams. Adaptive critical thinking and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects and platforms. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Desired Skills Additional Experience Preferred: Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Basic experience managing tasks assigned to other team members. IT Customer service or support background.
