Hold full responsibility for core performance metrics including site GMV, profit margin, and return on investment (ROI).Build and manage the local Indonesian operations team (covering e-commerce, live streaming, content, influencer relations, and data analytics); establish service provider collaboration standards and control systems.Oversee live-streaming sales for product portfolio structure and plan category sales revenue distribution across sales cycles.Coordinate product testing, lineup planning, and assortment curation based on live-streaming data analytics.Coordinate short video traffic and sales targets; plan content direction, release schedules, and promotion strategies to achieve seamless synergy between short video traffic acquisition and live-stream conversion.Develop influencer collaboration strategies and sales targets; oversee influencer selection, negotiations, partnership execution, and performance reviews; build an influencer resource database to maximize traffic and sales contributions.Daily monitoring of core store performance metrics, tracking violation scores and store ratings, issuing risk alerts, implementing corrective actions, and coordinating internal/external resources to ensure compliant store operations;Statistical analysis of advertising backend campaigns, short video placements, account consumer demographics, reputation scores, and product data.Requirements:5+ years of TikTok brand operations experience or TikTok platform work experience; in-depth familiarity with the entire TikTok Shop sales process in Indonesia (live streaming operations, short video traffic generation, influencer collaborations, ad placements, etc.)Over 2 years of brand team management experience, with expertise in brand operations and organizational structure development;Basic Chinese communication skills (daily coordination, requirement relay) to facilitate collaboration with Chinese teams/agencies;Results-driven with strong autonomy, capable of rapid problem identification and resolution; high stress tolerance and adaptability to e-commerce work pace.
