This high-impact leadership role focuses on identifying new opportunities, winning work, building strong client relationships, and driving growth in this critical sector. The ideal candidate will have proven experience identifying and selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC projects for data centers, including power delivery, water systems, and civil/site works. Expertise should span all project phases, from site identification and due diligence through planning, design and construction. This individual will have helped data center clients and related companies implement planning and capital projects, meet water management objectives, address power requirements, and address other related needs./ppAs an integral member of our dynamic Industrial team, the Client Service Leader will contribute by:/pulliLeading business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for multiple major data center clients in the U.S./liliDeveloping and maintaining high value relationships with data center clients./liliLeading winning proposal efforts./liliExpanding market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists to deliver high quality projects./liliCollaborating with our award-winning technology group to leverage innovative tools that enhance project delivery./liliImplementing short and long-term strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of CDM Smith./li/ulpMinimum qualifications include:/pulliBachelors degree./lili12 years of related experience./liliDomestic and/or international travel may be required.
